These were the feelings I got from this creme caramel. The tenderness and smoothness of the creme urged me to have another spoon after the previous one had melted in my mouth. What I often like most is the caramelized sugar, which balances well with the sweetness of the baked custard and reduces the sweet taste. However, this time I loved the custard more due the the coconut milk had been added to it, and a little amount of dessicated coconut were sprinkle on the top of the baked custard made the coconut fragrance become stronger. I really got a different experience with the creme caramel I made this time.
