What do you think about letting viewers rate each dish here to know people’s preference? And then you can easily put in into the Fav dishes session on the left? (How are you making the list so far? :-/)
…But at the same time, i m afraid this will turn an absolute dumb idea if every body will be rating all dishes you make 5/5

The dishes that got most viewers click and read them will be displayed as favorite dishes. I chose the option to list 10 dishes. Letting people rate the dishes is also a good idea. We will add this function when we find a way to make it really meaningful

Hi Linh,
I am still wondering what kokotaru means
Kokotaru on Thu, 14th May 2009 9:46 am
Hi dear, kokotaru means nothing. I got the name accidentally while browsing my Japanese dictionary. The name just came into my mind and it sounded funny, so I kept it like that

It’s amazing you can cook such a variety of dishes all by yourself. One cook to rule them all!
One day you should publish your own Recipe book

Hi there!
I live in Jacksonville, Florida with my husband. My parents and sister and her family also live here. We escaped from Vietnam after the war and have lived in the states since the mid 80s.
Growing up, I ate vietnamese food my parents cooked or ordered from restaurants. But it is only the past few years have I really come to appreciate and enjoy this cuisine (as well as other asian cuisines). Cooking/baking has become my hobby and I would rate my cooking skills as early intermediate. I have been teaching myself through internet food websites mainly and blogs such as yours.
I was looking for a recipe for corn and glutinous rice dish and stumbled upon your blog. You have created a terrific website and I thoroughly enjoy perusing through all the recipes and pictures. Through food, I am learning a little more about my heritage. So I thank you for allowing me into your little world and for sharing a piece of your happiness.
Congratulations on your wedding. I wish you 10,000 years of happiness!
Happy Cooking!
